Kilbride Roofing Ltd is a family owned, independent roofing contractor based in Tiverton, Devon.
Offering a wide range of traditional roofing skills the Company is run by the Management Team which has, together, over 100 years of experience within the trade. We are experts in all aspects of roofing and re-roofing, including slating, tiling, leadwork and GRP products, and have many satisfied customers across Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Jersey and Guernsey.
The on site labour force, which collectively has hundreds of years of experience, are all dedicated, qualified and highly skilled tradesmen, all of whom have been with the company for many years. The company is particularly expert in dealing with the Heritage roofing sector, and has undertaken many re-roofing projects on listed buildings. As professional contractors we hold the appropriate level of Public Liability and Employers Liability insurances, we have an independent Health & Safety Advisor who monitors our work in progress and assists in the continuous training of all our team in all the constantly evolving matters relating to Health & Safety. Kieron Kilbride - managing director
Kieron has over 40 years experience in the roofing industry, starting out as an apprentice slater, progressing into the office and onto management. He acquired a deep practical understanding of the industry which to this day continues to inspire the workforce and drive the company forward. It provides the customer with the reassurance of knowledge, experience and stability throughout the duration of a contract.
josh Kilbride - director
Josh joined us in 2012 as an apprentice slater / tiler, working on various sites, he has a thorough understanding of the trade and day to day running of the business. He joined the office to train as a estimator and now looks after the commercial aspects of the business securing future works.
kelly diggle - accounts manager
Kelly joined us in 2021 as our Accounts Manager. All Finance and accounts matters are run by Kelly on a day-to-day basis.
simon squires - contracts manager
Simon joined us in late 2020 as Contracts Manager. He is well respected by his piers and boasts nearly 40 years in the roofing industry. He has undertaken the most complicated roof designs and material finishes throughout his career as master slater / tiler.
His technical knowledge, experience and confidence inspires the clients and the workforce alike. His extensive expertise enables him to provide invaluable advice and practical benefits. A first class organiser and thorough communicator.
Shawn Phillips - surveying/ estimating manager
Shawn joined us in 2009 and started working in the office having already a 20 year career working as a master slater / tiler behind him.
Recognised by his peers as a high quality tradesman, there is not much within slating and tiling that he has not done himself. Now with well rounded office based skills, such as purchasing, estimating and surveying,
He has taken over the role as lead estimator / surveyor, responsible for all tendering, valuations and invoicing.
His vast experience is invaluable to the company and subsequent client base. A very approachable and well liked character who provide an answer to any problem.
CHARLOTTE KILBRIDE - OFFICE MANAGER
Charlotte joined us in 2022 as our Office Manager. All administrative, human resources, office management, accreditations and general legal matters are overseen by Charlotte.
